Shipping
When
will my product ship?
All
orders, whether placed online or via mail, phone, or fax, are
shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Friday except Holidays). Orders processed by
11:00AM MST will
be shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are in stock. If an
item is backordered, a Customer Service person will notify you via email
or telephone.
What are your
shipping options? Orders within the continental United States are
shipped via UPS. Orders to Post Office boxes, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, the
U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via USPS Priority
Mail.
Can customers
outside the U.S. order from the website? Yes. The order and
payment methods for international orders are the same as for domestic
orders.

The shipping charge
to
all international
locations,
except Canada, is $25.00 (USD) minumum with rates going up for packages
over 3 lbs. Delivery times
can vary between 2 to 6
weeks.
What does shipping
cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive? We are now
offering a flat rate for UPS shipping anywhere in the
continental U.S. for only $7.50. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
or the US Virgin Islands are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $12.95
via USPS Priority Mail.
We also offer UPS 3 Day Select shipping for $12.95. This shipping is
for 3 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded). For example
if your package ships on Monday, UPS doens't count Monday, so day three
is Thursday.
Any order
placed on the weekends (after 11 AM MST on Friday) will be shipped
on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Wednesday & Friday.
All
orders are shipped within 48 hours. For orders outside the continental
U.S., delivery may take from two to six business days. For more detailed
information on shipping, please read our Rates and Policies for more
information.
Can I ship
to an address other than my own? Yes. When you go through the order
checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing
and shipping. Please note, you must enter the billing address that corresponds
with the credit card you are using to pay for your order.
Additonal International Shipping Information
International customers
will be solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and
fees
imposed
by their country. By asking us to ship to another country,
you are assuming all liability for any customs, duties, or tariffs. Should
customs seize the shipment, we cannot refund your cost. If it is returned
to us, you will be charged for shipping both ways.

We are
currently not shipping packages with more than one bottle of each
product, because the Customs Department will not accept any packages
with more than
a months
supply for
nutritional supplements. |
| Mexico |
All orders
placed from Mexico require a health permit from the Ministry of
Health. |
| Philippines |
We do not ship
any orders over $499.00 without a copy of an import advice note
from the customer. The note must be submitted prior
to placing the order. |
| Spain |
The Customs
Department does not accept any nutritional supplements, therefore,
we do not ship any orders to Spain. |
| Thailand |
The
Customs Department requires an import license along with a certificate
from The Ministry of Health |
Any and all international
orders may require the customer to fax us a copy of both sides of credit
card used for puchase along with a letter stating they are the card
holder and they authorize the purchase.
