1. What is your
privacy policy? We care about the privacy of our customers. We currently
collect information only for limited use on our own site. Please read
our entire privacy policy.
2. Is my information kept secure? We have
special technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent unauthorized
people from intercepting your credit card information. Please read about
credit card security to learn other ways to make your shopping experience
more secure.
3. I don't wish to give my credit card information
online. Are there other ways to order? You may order via fax or
mail. Just print out your filled-in shopping cart and checkout pages
and fax

Products
1. I have the
id number of the product I'd like to purchase. How do I order
it? Under the "ways to shop" select product name,
which you'll find in the lavender bar on the left side of every page.
You'll be linked to a page where you can select the item from the alphabetical
list of products. Each product has an I.D. number next to it. Or you
can enter the I.D. number into the seach box at the top of any page and
then click the 'go' button. The
rest of the checkout procedure is the same.

How do I find information about a product? There are several ways
to find information about products on the website. Our search engine,
which appears in the top right corner of each page, just below the shopping
cart icon, will help you find information on products throughout the site.
To search, enter a product name, a product type, or any keyword you choose.
You can also find information on products as you browse and add items
to your shopping cart. When you click on a product picture, you will be
taken to a page with a brief description of the product, accompanied by
detailed nutrition and ingredient information. If you are unable to find
the information you need, don't hesitate to contact us toll-free 800-922-6298.

Ordering
and Payment
1. Will you notify me if there are problems with my order? We will
immediately notify you by email of any complications with your order,
including backorders and credit card authorization trouble.
2. What forms of payment do you accept? We
accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover.We also accept checks or money orders, if you prefer to mail
in your order form.
3.
Do I need to pay sales tax with my order? Residents in the state
of Arizona must add applicable sales tax for vitamin and supplement
products,
Personal Care and Accessories, appliances and books. If you reside in
any state, other than Arizona, you are responsable for the payment of
any sales taxes in accordance with your states mailorder sale tax rquirements.

Shipping
1. What are your
shipping options? Orders within the continental United States
are shipped via UPS. Orders to Post Office boxes, APO, FPO, Puerto
Rico,
the
U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via USPS Priority
Mail.
2.
Can customers outside the U.S. order from the website? Yes.
The order and payment methods for international orders are the
same as for domestic
orders. Please read our Rates and Policies for more information. Any
package sent to a foreign country that is seized by customs is the
responsability of the customer only. No refund will be given on
any package not returned because of a customs seizure.
3.
What does shipping cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are now offering a flat rate for UPS and Priority Mail shipping anywhere
in the continental U.S. for only $7.50. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico or the US Virgin Islands are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $12.95
via USPS Priority Mail.
For three-day orders
anywhere in the continental U.S., we charge a flat rate of $12.95.
Any order placed on the weekends (after 3PM MST on Friday) will be shipped
on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. All
orders are shipped within 24 hours. For orders outside the continental
U.S., delivery may take from one to ten business days. Please see our
shipping page for more details.
4.
Can I ship to an address other than my own? Yes. When you go through
the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses
for billing and shipping.

Return
Policy
1. What is your return
policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return
the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. No
questions asked. Click here, returns, for details on returnig the package.

Coupons
and Gift Certificates

How do I redeem coupons and/or gift certificates on the website? During
the checkout process, you will be able to enter your coupon and/or gift
certificate information when you enter your payment information. For complete
details, please visit our Help sections on Coupons and Gift Certificates.
2.
How do I acquire/redeem Customer Referal dollars on the website?
Sign
up for the Refer a friend program, and every time your friend makes a
purchase (they MUST enter through a link we will provide you to share
with them) on our site, you earn 5% of every purchase. Your points accumulate
in your online account throughout the calendar year, and may be used as
credit toward a purchase in that year only. When you aquire $10.00 in
Referal dollars, you will receive a gift certificate code via email that
you can use at the time of your purchase. Certificates are only redeemable
for product. There is no CASH value for certificates, and they cannot
be redeemed for cash.Certificates are not carried forward from one year
to the next. They Must be used in the same calender year as they were
issued. Referral dollars accumulated (less then 10.00 will roll over
from one year to the next, until they reach $10.00 and a certificate is
issued)
There is NO carry over from one year to the next for certificates.
