Thanks for your email. It is good to hear from you. N-alpha acetylcarnosine (abbreviated as NALC) appears to be a very promising natural treatment for cataracts. I would definitely recommend it if you already have cataracts. To prevent cataracts, I recommend Grape Seed Extract (GSE 110) which is a potent antioxidant that prevents the oxidative cross-linking of the collagen proteins in the lens of the eye.
